About Me
Based in Zug, Switzerland
I believe in the inspiration found in stories, that music is a universal language, and that magic is all around us. It is only a matter of how we look at the world.
As a storyteller and harpist, I want to create a space for my audience to see that reality, too. Or to just provide them with a break from everyday life! Whisking people of all ages and origins to long ago and far away with music and story is my greatest passion in life.
Harp
Playing the harp was a childhood dream that came true in 2008. My formal training includes:
1996 – 2006: Classical training (piano) with Monika Rosenberg (Musikschule Zug, Switzerland)
2008 – 2012: Classical training (Celtic harp / Concert harp) with Raphael Bussinger (Musikschule Zug, Switzerland)
2013 – 2017: Study of Celtic harp with renowned harper and artist Catherine Rhatigan from Sligo, Ireland (Eglisau / ZH)
2018 – 2019: Study of Harp Music for the Bedside with Uschi Laar, Institut für Harfe & Musikheilkunde (Bavaria, Germany)
2019 – 2020: Intensive course on sound healing with the harp with Uschi Laar, Institut für Harfe & Musikheilkunde (Bavaria, Germany)
Storytelling
Since childhood, I have loved creating worlds with words. Ireland has always held a special place in my heart, so it was fitting that my training in storytelling took place on the Emerald Isle: In 2012 I studied with professional storyteller Liz Weir in Northern Ireland. Since then I have regularly cooperated with storytellers from around the world to broaden my repertoire and refine my skills.
Professional Background
To balance the ethereal realm of art and the down-to-earth-challenges of everyday life, I completed a Master of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich in 2012. Since 2013, I have been working in the field of Human Resources for a big Swiss company. In 2016 I became a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher at Imagine Academy, Zurich.
«Be enchanted» is my vision for life – I would love to share the magic with you.
